Bacon Infused Vodka

Exclusiv Bacon Vodka Recipe
- Cook up about 12 strips of bacon
- Munch on a few of the bacon strips (quality control of course)
- Cook up a few more strips to replace the ones you tasted
- Fill up a mason jar (or cleaned out pasta sauce jar) with Exclusiv Vodka
- Place the cooked bacon into the jar with the Vodka
- Seal the jar tight and put it in a cool, dark place for about 4-5 days (the longer it sits the greater the flavor)
- After 4-5 days, remove the bacon from the vodka and put the jar in the freezer to solidify the oils from the bacon
- Once the oils are frozen, pour the vodka into another clean jar using either a pasta strainer or coffee filter to separate out the frozen oils
- You can do this a few times to get the vodka as clear as possible
